Golden
Parmesan potatoes
INGREDIENTS

6 cups Yukon Gold Potatoes, sliced 1/8"

3-4 Tbsp Butter, melted
-
3/4 cup Parmesan
-
2-4 Garlic cloves, minced
-
1-2 Tbsp Chives

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425. ​
-
Rinse potatoes and pat dry.
-
Grease bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.
-
​Toss potatoes with butter, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chives and salt. ​
-
Arrange potato slices in layers.
-
Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan.
-
Bake for 1 hour until tender.
-
Loosen the potatoes from the side and the bottom, then invert onto a plate immediately.

Serves 8 people.
