Golden 

Parmesan potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups Yukon Gold Potatoes, sliced 1/8"

  • 3-4 Tbsp Butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup Parmesan 

  • 2-4 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1-2 Tbsp Chives

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425. ​

  • Rinse potatoes and pat dry. 

  • Grease bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. 

  • ​Toss potatoes with butter, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chives and salt. ​

  • Arrange potato slices in layers. 

  • Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. 

  • Bake for 1 hour until tender. 

  • Loosen the potatoes from the side and the bottom, then invert onto a plate immediately. 

  • Serves 8 people.
