Crab Dip

Ingredients

Dip

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened

  • 6.5 oz. Lump crabmeat, drained

  • 1/3 Cup Scallions, minced

  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated

  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp. prepared Horseradish

Topping

  • 1/2 Cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated 

  • 1 tsp. Lemon zest

  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 375. Combine topping ingredients and set aside. 


  • In a medium bowl, combine dip ingredients and transfer into a shallow 2-cup baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes. 


  •  Sprinkle topping over dip and bake for 15 more minutes, or until topping is a golden brown and the dip is hot.
