Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Can artichokes, chopped 

  • 10 oz. Spinach 

  • 3/4 Cup parmesan

  • 1/2 Tsp. garlic powder

  • 3/4 Cup light mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Cup mozzerella 

  • 2-3 Garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees 


  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. 


  • Transfer to a 9" baking dish. 


  • Bake for 20 minutes or when hot and bubbly. 


  • Makes about 2 3/4 cups. Feel free to half the recipe if you'd like to make less.
