Swiss Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 Slices of bacon

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise 

  • 2 Rounded tsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 1/2 Cups Swiss cheese, shredded 

  • 3 Green onions, washed, ends removed and chopped

Preparation


Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop up and set aside.


  • In large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients. Transfer to a shallow small casserole or baking dish. 


  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers or vegtables.
