Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Feta, crumbled 

  • 1/4 Cup whole milk

  • 1 Tsp honey 

  • 1/4 Cup fresh dill, chopped 

  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest 

  • 1 Tsp pepper 

Preparation

  • In a food processor, puree feta with whole milk and honey. 


  • Fold in fresh dill, lemon zest and pepper. 


  • Makes about 2 cups, serve cold with crackers or sliced cucumbers.
