Apple Pork Sausage Cups

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb ground pork sausage
1 cup finely diced apple
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Maple syrup
45 phyllo cups
Preparation
Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until it's no longer pink (about 4 minutes).
Add in apple and onion; cook for about 1 minute. Drain the skillet, and stir in cranberries, mozzarella, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Spoon mixture into phyllo cups, and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until hot
