Fig & Blue Cheese Tarts

Ingredients
24 Phyllo cups
1/2 Cup chopped dried figs
3 Tbsp. honey (more if needed)
1/3 Cup pecan pieces or walnuts,chopped
1/3 Cup crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
Prep: preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl mix together figs, honey, and nuts. Set aside
Add a small crumble of blue cheese into the bottom of the Phyllo cup. Add a small amount of the honey mixture and top with another blue cheese crumble.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts a bit. Remove the pastries from the pan and let cool. Or you can microwave it.
