Grecian Party Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Vegetable soup mix packet

  • 1/2 Cup Sour cream

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo

  • 2 Packages refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 14 oz Artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

  • 10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed, drained, & chopped

  • 8 oz Water chestnuts drained & chopped

  • 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 375. Combine soup mix, mayo and sour cream and set aside. 


  • Unroll 1 package crescent dough and lay it on a cookie sheet with the longest sides across the width of the pan. Repeat with the second package. Press seams together. Turn up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. 


  • In a bowl mix spinach, artichokes, water chestnuts, feta and pressed garlic with soup/sour cream mixture. 


  • Spread this mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the filling. Bake 10-12 minutes until heated throughout. Cut into squares. 


  • Makes 28 squares
