
Grecian Party Squares

Ingredients
1/2 Vegetable soup mix packet
1/2 Cup Sour cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Packages refrigerated crescent rolls
14 oz Artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed, drained, & chopped
8 oz Water chestnuts drained & chopped
4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Prep: Preheat oven to 375. Combine soup mix, mayo and sour cream and set aside.
Unroll 1 package crescent dough and lay it on a cookie sheet with the longest sides across the width of the pan. Repeat with the second package. Press seams together. Turn up the sides to form a crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
In a bowl mix spinach, artichokes, water chestnuts, feta and pressed garlic with soup/sour cream mixture.
Spread this mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the filling. Bake 10-12 minutes until heated throughout. Cut into squares.
