Seafood Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Crescent dinner rolls

  • 4 1/2 oz tiny shrimp

  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/3 cup Swiss cheese, grated

  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Hot pepper sauce

  • Parsley or watercress sprigs for garnish

  • Paprika

Preparation

  • Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles and press perforations together. Cut each on into 12 squares. Place each square in an ungreased mini muffin cups. 


  • Press in bottom and sides, leaving corners up over the edge. Bake for 8-10 Minutes until light brown. 


  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parmesan, swiss, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Drain shrimp and add to cheese mixture. 


  • Spoon into tartlets and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 8-10 minutes. Garnish with sprigs.
