Cannoli Cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Ricotta cheese, well drained

  • 3/4 Cup Cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 tsp Triple Sec Liqueur

  • 1 Tbsp Orange Zest, grated

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 Cup Pistachios, crushed

  • 30 Phyllo cups

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.


  • Spoon or pipe 1 Tbsp of filling in each shell. Sprinkle with nuts. Refridgerate before serving.
