Cannoli Cups

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Ricotta cheese, well drained
3/4 Cup Cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp Triple Sec Liqueur
1 Tbsp Orange Zest, grated
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Pistachios, crushed
30 Phyllo cups
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon or pipe 1 Tbsp of filling in each shell. Sprinkle with nuts. Refridgerate before serving.
