Raspberry Brie Tart

Ingredients
2 packages of Phyllo shells
8 oz Brie cheese
3 tsp Raspberry jam
Preparation
Prep: Preheat oven to 350. Put Phyllo shells on cookie sheets. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
Place cheese into each phyllo shell. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven. Spoon 1/4 tsp jam over the cheese. Return to oven 2-3 minutes. serve warm.
Makes 30.
