Raspberry Brie Tart

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Phyllo shells 

  • 8 oz Brie cheese 

  • 3 tsp Raspberry jam

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 350. Put Phyllo shells on cookie sheets. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. 


  • Place cheese into each phyllo shell. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 


  • Remove from oven. Spoon 1/4 tsp jam over the cheese. Return to oven 2-3 minutes. serve warm. 


  • Makes 30.
