
Adobo Chicken and Blue Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients
3 oz (6 Tbsp) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp adobo sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely diced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions (save some for garnish)
1 cup chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
4 (8-inch) whole-wheat tortillas
Preparation
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese, yogurt, adobo sauce and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Stir in celery, 1/2 cup green onions, chicken and blue cheese.
Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture evenly over one tortilla. Roll up tortilla and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Repeat process with the remaining tortillas.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove rolls from plastic wrap and slice the chilled rolls into 8 pieces each. Arrange and garnish with green onions.
