Avocado, Feta & Tomato

Ingredients
2 Avocados, chopped
4 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
¼ Cup Olive oil
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
Preparation
Combine the avocados, tomatoes and onion into a small bowl. Mix gently and stir in the cilantro.
Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Chill covered in the fridge.
Serve along with pita wedges.
