Avocado, Feta & Tomato

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados, chopped 

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes, chopped 

  • 2 Tbsp Red onion, chopped 

  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped 

  • 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled

  • ¼ Cup Olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Cumin

  • 1 Tsp Salt

Preparation

  • Combine the avocados, tomatoes and onion into a small bowl. Mix gently and stir in the cilantro. 


  • Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Chill covered in the fridge. 


  • Serve along with pita wedges.
