Brandied Figs with Brie

Ingredients
6 dried figs, roughly chopped
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp brandy
4 oz brie
Honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Microwave the dried figs in a bowl with the water and brandy for about 1 minute or until steaming. Let it cool, and drain off access liquid.
Arrange sliced brie on crackers and top with the figs.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Recipe can also be done in phyllo cups
