Brie Puff

Ingredients
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 egg, beaten
Salt & Pepper
Poppyseeds
1 tsp thyme, chopped
8 oz brie cheese
Fig jam
Preparation
Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Brush beaten egg onto 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and poppy seeds. Cut into 1-inch squares.
Put squares on baking sheet, place another baking sheet on top of it. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp. Note: you will want to be careful since you won't be able to see if the pastry is overcooking.
Cut 8 oz of brie into 1-inch pieces; sprinkle with chopped thyme, salt and pepper.
Sandwich a piece of brie and some fig jam between the pastry squares and thread on to skewers.
