Crab-Stuffed Snow Peas & Tomatoes

Ingredients
6 oz Crab meat, drained, flaked
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Chili sauce or Cocktail sauce
1/8 tsp salt
3 Drops hot pepper sauce
16 Fresh snow peas or about 32 cherry tomatoes (or a mixture of both)
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the peas and tomatoes. Set aside.
Steam peas for about 30 seconds or until softened. Immediately place peas in ice water. Drain and pat dry. With a sharp knife split pea pots along the curved edges.
Pipe crab mixture into each pod. Refridgerate until serving.
If you are using Cherry tomatoes, make a "X" in the top of the tomato or hollow out and fill with crab mixture.
