Crab-Stuffed Snow Peas & Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Crab meat, drained, flaked

  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Chili sauce or Cocktail sauce

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 3 Drops hot pepper sauce

  • 16 Fresh snow peas or about 32 cherry tomatoes (or a mixture of both)

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the peas and tomatoes. Set aside. 


  • Steam peas for about 30 seconds or until softened. Immediately place peas in ice water. Drain and pat dry. With a sharp knife split pea pots along the curved edges. 


  • Pipe crab mixture into each pod. Refridgerate until serving. 


  • If you are using Cherry tomatoes, make a "X" in the top of the tomato or hollow out and fill with crab mixture.
