Hasselback Caprese Tomatoes

Ingredients
4 Plum Tomatoes
5 Provolone Cheese slices (cut into quarters)
10 Fresh Basil leaves
¼ Cup Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
Cut thin lengthwise slice off of one side of each tomato (so it won't roll). Place tomatoes cut side down on a cutting board. Starting at the top of the tomato, make 10 vertical cuts, being careful not to cut through to the bottom. Repeat with remaining tomatoes.
Place tomatoes on serving plate. Insert each cheese and basil peices alternately between the cuts in each tomato. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
Note: When slicing tomato, set a wooden spoon next to it so you are less likely to cut too far.
