Marinated Olive & Cheese ring

Ingredients

  • 10 oz assortment of cheese's of your choosing cut into slices

  • 1/3 Cup Pimento-stuffed olives

  • 1/3 Cup Pitted Greek olives

  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp Minced fresh parsley

  • 1 Tbsp Fresh basil minced or 1 Tsp dried basil

  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 Jar (2 oz) Roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

  • Toasted French bread baguette slices.

Preparation

  • Arrange your cheese slices in a circle, laying each peice on it's long edge. (I recommend having at least two different types of cheeses, if not more).


  • In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, parsley, basil and garlic until blended. Drizzle over cheeses and olives. Sprinkle with roasted red pepper. 


  • Refrigerate covered, at least 8 hours overnight. Service with baguette slices.
