Marinated Olive & Cheese ring

Ingredients
10 oz assortment of cheese's of your choosing cut into slices
1/3 Cup Pimento-stuffed olives
1/3 Cup Pitted Greek olives
1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive oil
1 Tbsp Minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp Fresh basil minced or 1 Tsp dried basil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Jar (2 oz) Roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
Toasted French bread baguette slices.
Preparation
Arrange your cheese slices in a circle, laying each peice on it's long edge. (I recommend having at least two different types of cheeses, if not more).
In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, parsley, basil and garlic until blended. Drizzle over cheeses and olives. Sprinkle with roasted red pepper.
Refrigerate covered, at least 8 hours overnight. Service with baguette slices.
