Prosciutto Roll

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

  • 4 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled

  • 12 Slices Prosciutto

  • 1 Cup Dried Figs, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 

  • 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp. Orange zest, minced

  • 3 Cups Watercress

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and blue cheese. Set aside.


  • Lay out prosciutto spacing 2-inches apart. Divide and spread cheese mixture evenly on prosciutto and arrange figs on top. 


  • In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, and orange zest. Season with salt and pepper; toss with watercress. 


  • Top figs with watercress and tightly roll prosciutto, like a jelly roll; then chill for at least 1 hour. 


  • Cut each roll crosswise into thirds and serve. 


  • Makes 36 rolls.
