Smoked Salmon & Caper Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Boboli pizza crust

  • 1/2 Cup Chive Cream cheese 

  • 1 Tbsp. Honey 

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 8 oz. Smoked Salmon, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. Capers, drained 

  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped

Preparation

Prep: Preheat oven to 425. Put crust on pizza sheet and cook for 6-8 minutes or until crisp. Cool for at least 15 minutes


  • In a small bowl combine cream cheese, mustard and honey. Mix until well blended. Spread cream cheese mix over crust. 


  • Arrange salmon over top, sprinkle with capers and dill. Cut and serve.
