Spiced Olives

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. Jar of Olives with pimento

  • 1/2 Cup Tomato juice or V8

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil 

  • 1/2-1 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes 

  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced 

  • 1/2 tsp. Dried basil 

  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano

Preparation

  • Drain olives and discard the juice. Return olives to the jar. 


  • In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and pour over olives. 


  • Cover and refrigerate for 3-10 days to marinate. Turn in the fridge daily.


  • Drain olives before serving.
