Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS

6 cup Cremini or baby portabella mushrooms (sliced)

3 Tbsp Olive oil
-
2 cloves of garlic, minced
-
1/4 cup Shallots, minced
-
1 1/4 tsp Basil, chopped
-
1/4 cup Sherry

Preparation
-
In a pan or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic and cook until soft.

Add mushrooms and cook until they start to sweat.
-
Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until liquid is evaporated.
-
Add basil and cook for a few more minutes.
-
Finally, add sherry and cook until the liquid evaporates.
