Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cup Cremini or baby portabella mushrooms (sliced)

  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil 

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup Shallots, minced 

  • 1 1/4 tsp Basil, chopped

  • 1/4 cup Sherry 

Sauteed Mushrooms

Preparation

  • In a pan or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic and cook until soft.  

  • Add mushrooms and cook until they start to sweat. 

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and cook until liquid is evaporated. 

  • Add basil and cook for a few more minutes. 

  • Finally, add sherry and cook until the liquid evaporates.
